IT Infrastructure Organization and Technical Support Department Management

During the project, the following tasks were accomplished:

•Establishment of resilient network infrastructure, installation of local, including fiber-optic, networks.

•Design of servers, configuration of network and server equipment to ensure uninterrupted operation of IT infrastructure across the company's hotel and office network.

•Modernization of the computer equipment fleet within the enterprise.

To execute these tasks, contracts were established with providers for Internet, IP telephony, IP-TV, subcontractors for equipment servicing and repairs, as well as for printer-copier equipment and consumables.

Additionally, contracts were signed with official suppliers in Ukraine for:

•Personal computers, laptops, and other IT equipment.

•Server and network equipment.

This workplace included administration of:

•HP, Supermicro servers.

•A cluster based on Proxmox VE (4 servers).

•Windows Server 2016-2019 (RDP, SQL), Medoc.

•Windows operating systems (7, 10) and Linux distributions (Debian, Ubuntu), Docker.

•Network equipment from MikroTik (VPN, EoIP, OSPF, CAPsMAN Wi-Fi), Ubiquiti, and others.

•Implementation of video surveillance systems based on Dahua, HikVision, and similar equipment.

•IP telephony using Grandstream, Binotel.

Installation and configuration of point-of-sale equipment:

•Cash registers (Fiscal Data Module Maria).

•Payment terminals (Ingenico, Oshchadbank).

•ExpertSolution "Servio software" (hotel and restaurant versions)

• Service Desk technical support.
• Repair, servicе and upgradе company PCs/laptops.
• Install software (operating systems, corporate software, drivers, etc.).
• Install, configure and maintaine trading equipment in "Silpo" store network (point-of-sale workstations, scales).
• Сommissioning activities and technical support for JustIn delivery network (POI) in the Southern region (Odesa, Chernomorsk, Yuzhny, Izmail).
• Install and configure video surveillance systems at POI JustIn (HikVision, Dahua, Vivotek equipment).

• Established seamless Wi-Fi coverage zone for the needs of administration, staff, and nightclub guests.

• Installed and configured networking equipment including Ubiquiti, MikroTik.

• Installed, configured, and administered servers based on Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012.

• Managed video surveillance systems (HikVision, Dahua, GrandStream).

• Designed and installed structured cabling systems (SCS).

• Administered office software.

• Provided antivirus protection for PCs.

• Maintenance of office equipment.

• Provided technical maintenance for PCs, laptops, and the network.

Achievements:

• Ensured uninterrupted operation of the enterprise's IT infrastructure.

• Software Product System Integration for Raw Material Supply Tracking;
• Installation and configuration of equipment and networks;
• Connecting, testing, and configuring computers and software for collecting information from raw material dosing modules.
