I consider myself stress-resistant because I worked abroad three times. For 9 months, I worked in Germany in a warehouse, where I entered orders into the database. Conducted registration of new buyers. Also helped in distribution of finished products. I also spent a year and a half in England, where I worked in a warehouse and kept records of product deliveries. Also engaged in address delivery of orders. I was also responsible for electronic accounting of delivered products. There were many stressful situations that had to be solved in a foreign country. I coped with this task. I have excellent organizational skills. I make decisions quickly. Analytical mindset. I consider myself responsible and serious. I easily negotiate with people.

I have a good level of English for communication. I have been working in an international organization for 9 months, I easily communicate with foreign colleagues. I always understand the tasks and have no problems with their implementation. I have individual English lessons three times a week to improve my skills.

While working for Solidarites international, I communicate with different departments. So I have an idea of how the work structure of each of them is built. Including, I understand what the work of the department of basic needs consists of.

I emphasize on quality performance of tasks. Confident user of Word, Excel. I have basic skills in working with tables, including formulas. I have experience in working with CRM systems and I have experience in processing incoming applications and their confirmation.

I am fluent in Ukrainian and have excellent communication skills. I consider myself an open and sincere person. Always ready to help and listen. I feel good when I help people. I quickly find a common language with people and understand them very well. These skills will help me to be effective at work.
