Team: 4 developers

Position combines both Product Owner and Scrum Master roles.

• management and prioritization of the product backlog
• translation of customer requirements to tasks for development
• management and support of Scrum ceremonies and artifacts

Directly reporting personnel: 14 persons

Indirectly reporting personnel: 9 persons

• factory internal transportation management;
• subcontracting activities management;
• factory capacity management and factory loading forecasting;
• support and development of excel-based ERP system;
• support and development of excel-based Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) system;
• corporate reporting for related directions;
• lean activities (Kaizen, own Lean Six Sigma projects, methodology support for other projects, Gemba, measurement systems analysis, metrics / KPI development;
• department budgeting;
• new products launch & ramp-up;
• responsible for internal and external presentations & materials for factory and its products;
• products' pricing & profitability planning (as person substituting missing specialist);
• support and development cost of goods sold calculation form (as person substituting missing specialist).

Directly reporting personnel: 3 persons

• critical machining units capacity management and forecasting;
• new products launch & ramp-up;
• factory level reporting.

• Company's projects management and support:
• pre-contractual work (feasibility evaluation, initial cost assessment);
• preparation of commercial proposals;
• contracts drafting;
• knowledge transfer for new cranes manufacturing subcontractors (3 locations).

• subassemblies and equipment design;
• purchased equipment installation planning;
• existing equipment sketching;
