• Organizes and coordinates baseline and endline data collection exercises.
• Participates in data collection exercises, including site visits, interviews with beneficiaries and KIIs, facilitates focus group discussions.
• Processes and analyses collected baseline/endline data, drafts monitoring reports, shares them with Head of MEAL, as well as ensures follow-up activities by Program team.
• Designs Complaints and Feedback Response Mechanism (CFRM), collects beneficiary feedback received through the CFRM channel, as well as through observation and direct interaction with beneficiaries during site visits; processes F&C data, documents, shares them with Program team and ensures follow-up activities, analyses the data, and drafts conclusions.
• Ensures lessons-learnt are collected, documented, and shared with Program and MEAL teams.
• Provides technical assistance to Program team in designing databases for beneficiary registration if necessary.

• Assist Head of MEAL and MEAL Coordinator in developing monitoring tools, including designing the tools in the Kobo Toolbox data collection platform.
• Conduct regular monitoring activities, prepare reports on findings, and share them with Head of MEAL and MEAL Coordinator.
• Participate in periodic monitoring data collection exercises, carry out interviews with beneficiaries, site observations and KIIs.
• Collect beneficiary feedback received through the CFRM, observation and direct interaction with beneficiaries during site visits, or through the study of documents, and share them with Head of MEAL and MEAL Coordinator.
• Participate in conducting data quality cross-check exercises.
• Contribute to lessons learnt.
