Administration and control of road marking and installation of road signs. Keeping records of completed work, expenses, income, debts in Excel and Google Sheets. Management of hired workers during the installation of road signs directly on the objects. Procurement of road signs and necessary resources. Contract work. Participation in tenders on the sites: ProZorro, Smart Tender, zakupivli pro. Creation of an interactive Google map with objects of work throughout the controlled territory of Ukraine. Ensuring the requirements of labor protection and fire safety by workers in teams (organization of passing relevant courses, obtaining relevant certificates, purchasing special shoes and special clothing).

Providing production of two enterprises with basic raw materials.

After the probationary period (1 month), I resigned of my own accord.

• Analysis of estimate documentation regarding the economic feasibility of the company's participation in tenders for the construction of traffic lights and other road infrastructure facilities.
• Implementation of projects based on winning tenders.

• receipt of Urban planning conditions and restrictions, technical conditions and other permit documentation;
• preparation of input data for designing the construction object;
• preparation of documentation for the examination of the construction project, communication with experts and obtaining an "Expert Report" on the project (Project stage, Working project stage);
• traffic organization: adjustment of the general plan together with general designers, preparation of documentation for the design of traffic organization as well as implementation of traffic organization schemes at construction sites;
• interaction between the customer and subcontractor design organizations at all stages of project management (design, construction, commissioning);
• putting objects into operation (control of preparation of documents);
• management and control of document flow.

For 35 new objects (stores: ФОРА, ATБ, BILLA), "Expert Reports" were received as well as road traffic organization schemes were implemented.

• I ensured the non-stop work of production with extremely low availability of resources (human, material and financial) and a significant increase in accounts payable;
• I increased labor discipline and the effectiveness of the use of working time in a subordinate unit;
• I carried out preparatory work on the restructuring of the Production Completion Department.

• I improved the interaction of subordinate departments (sales of finished products, purchase of raw materials, transport logistics, customs clearance, intra-plant auto and railway transport, warehousing);
• I increased the efficiency of the use of working time and labor productivity of procurement and logistics departments;
• I reduced the cost of brokerage services for customs clearance of imports.
