Development of the shopping center concept with the peculiarities of the site and functionality of the shopping center, taking into account DBN, SNiP, TU, TK, SanPin. Study of the attractiveness of the site and leasable space. Formation of design specifications for designers. Conducting tenders for the design of shopping malls and the construction of shopping centers. Tracking the fulfillment of the approved deadlines and obligations under the concluded contracts. Work with primary accounting documentation (contracts, estimates, invoices, acts, budget).

Issuance of assignments and control over the progress of work by the design team. Development of engineering and design documentation for residential and administrative buildings and structures, as well as for cottages, with various structural schemes: frame-monolithic, prefabricated and with the use of metal structures.
