-Participate in strategic program discussions on the planning of health programs. Formulate, design and prepare a sector of the health programproposal, ensuring alignment with Project HOPE’s strategic plan.

-Follow on Health related projects and programs implementation.

-Carry out assessments of health facilities, including hospitals and health clinics to determine current or anticipated needs in terms of supplies, pharmaceuticals, equipment and staffing.

-Analyze available data from on-going health programs, identifies trends and proposes ways for program, needs assessment and data collection improvements aiming better programmatic and research outcomes.-Apply and introduce innovative approaches and good practices to build the capacity of partners and stakeholders, and to support the implementation and delivery of concrete and sustainable program results.

-Participate in discussions with national partners, clients and stakeholders to promote health and development issues, especially in the areas of gender, emergency preparedness, maternal and neonatal health, and development, health system strengthening.

-Actively support programs/projects through field visits, surveys and/or exchange of information with partners/stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, potential problems and take timely decisions to resolve issues and/or refer to relevant officials for timely resolution.

-Liaise with government officials to ensure all activities are carried out with necessary approvals and proper coordination.

-Coordinate with UN agencies and other civil society groups, including Ukrainian and international non-governmental organizations.

-Provide regular situation budgetary needs for current and planned relief activities

За період проходження інтернатури в повному обсязі засвоїла програму, опанувала теоретичні знання, тактичні питання ведення хворих та методи їх клінічного, лабораторного та інструментального обстеження, здобула необхідні практичні навички в обсязі, передбаченому програмою навчання лікарів-інтернів: техніки оперативних втручань при гострому апендициті, у тому числі й лапароскопічних; при планових пупкових, пахових, вентральних грижах; при защемлених пахових, стегнових, післяопераційних вентральних грижах; при прободних виразках шлунку, дванадцятипалої кишки; при операціях з приводу колоректальної онкології, з різноманітними видами ускладнень. Приймала участь у виконанні маніпуляцій та оперативних втручаннях на чергуваннях у хірургічному та приймально-діагностичному відділеннях (апендектомії; герніопластики гриж різноманітної локалізації; ушивання перфоративних виразок та резекції шлунку; операцій з формуванням тонко-тонкокишкових, тонко-товстокишкових, товсто-товстокишкових анастомозів; операцій на прямій кишці). Досконало засвоїла використання VAC-терапії при різноманітних гнійно-септичних захворюваннях м’яких тканин; методи та прийоми діагностики хірургічних захворювань: венепункція; визначення групи крові, резус-фактору; визначення дефіциту ОЦК, тяжкості крововтрати; пункція плевральної порожнини; аналіз рентгенограм при хірургічних захворюваннях ОГК, ОЧП; пальцьове дослідження прямої кишки; основи аналізу проведення УЗД ОЧП; проведення різноманітних видів клізм; катетеризація сечового міхура. Приймала участь в обходах, аналізі клінічних, інструментальних та лабораторних показників хворих, відвідувала консиліуми, науково-практичні конференції, засідання ГО «Асоціація хірургів Одеської області».
