- Development, implementation and full support of METINVEST Group's protocol events both in Ukraine and abroad, including the development of schedules and budgets;

- Organising and maintaining control over the document flow in the protocol service of METINVEST Group, including documentation, preparation of reports and performance analysis;

- Competitive development and organisation of effective relationships with potential contractors and service providers both in Ukraine and abroad;

- Development of the Tender and Terms of Reference for the centralised procurement of souvenirs and gifts for all METINVEST Group companies with further study of the Ukrainian market;

- Development, implementation and full support of a loyalty programme to increase the motivation, loyalty and satisfaction of employees of METINVEST Group's structural units in Ukraine.

- Developing and implementing an HSE system for the implementation of METINVEST Group's investment projects;

- Conducting HSE retraining for contractors providing construction services of various types and complexity;

- Providing advisory services to the tender committee when selecting a HSE contractor;

- Conducting risk assessment sessions at each stage of the project implementation using HAZID, HAZOP and ENVID methods with further implementation of the developed measures;

- Coordination of the risk assessment process and development of risk mitigation plans;

- Comprehensive analysis of work processes, identification of potential hazards, development of safe workspace maps and implementation of appropriate measures;

- Organising and conducting HSE training for the company's employees;

- Development and implementation of standards and guidelines in the company's HSE management system;

- Developing a budget and TOR for the purchase of overalls and PPE for further market analysis and procurement, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and standards;

- Developing and implementing a system to monitor contractors' compliance with health and safety rules during the construction of METINVEST Group's investment projects, including the implementation of a system to monitor and control measures to prevent occupational accidents among contractors' employees;

- Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards;

- Participate in the investigation of incidents of various kinds and develop action plans to prevent recurrence;

- Coordinating the work of the HSE team during the implementation of METINVEST Group's investment projects;

- Developing and implementing an Operational Control System (OC) for real-time monitoring of health and safety at workplaces;

- Implementation of measures to raise staff awareness of HSE through educational programmes, trainings and information campaigns;

- Liaise with governmental and HSE authorities to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards;

- Developing and maintaining a document management system in accordance with the requirements of regulations and laws governing the field of health, safety and environment.

- Development and implementation of an HSE system for equipment operation and production processes in the shop;

- Conducting retraining and training of shop personnel on HSE issues;

- Providing advice to shop management and working groups on HSE issues;

- Implementing and conducting risk assessment sessions at various stages of production processes, using the methods of HSA and SHW, and developing measures to address them;

- Coordination of the risk assessment process and development of plans to eliminate and prevent possible emergencies;

- Development and implementation of HSE standards and guidelines for shop floor personnel;

- Maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and standards;

- Monitoring and controlling compliance with the OHS rules by the shop floor staff, including regular inspections and audits;

- Participation in the investigation of incidents and development of action plans to prevent their recurrence in the shop;

- Coordination of the activities of the HSE officers in the shop.

- Identification of the facts of supply of low-quality products from counterparties and control over compliance with the terms of the contractual relationship by the cortagent;

- Handling claims and lawsuits in connection with breach of contractual relations by the counterparty;

- Monitoring of financial transactions with a focus on identifying anomalies and potential financial irregularities;

- Conducting systematic analysis of the economic environment, identifying potential risks and developing measures to minimise them;

- Conducting financial audits to identify potential problems and inconsistencies in the company's warehouses.
