Project: Vitalerter — Healthcare Monitoring and Resident-Care Platform

Responsibilities:

• Analyzed product requirements, Figma designs, acceptance criteria, and business logic for healthcare monitoring features, reports, alerts, and analytics.
• Created and maintained test documentation, including test cases, checklists, smoke suites, and regression coverage.
• Performed functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, integration, UI/UX, and cross-browser testing of web applications.Tested resident, user, device, alert, activity, notification, reporting, Home, and Sleep functionality.
• Validated complex calculations, time-based logic, filters, reports, and edge cases involving missing, outdated, or inconsistent data.
• Conducted REST API testing using Postman and Swagger, including request and response validation, status codes, payloads, authentication, and negative scenarios.
• Verified data consistency between the frontend, API responses, backend logic, and generated reports.
• Tested real-time updates and device workflows using WebSockets and simulators for Vitals, BioPatch, Watch, and User Tag devices.
• Investigated defects using Chrome DevTools, network logs, API responses, and system behavior.
• Created detailed bug reports with clear reproduction steps, environment information, supporting evidence, and expected versus actual results.
• Participated in release validation, regression testing, deployment checks, and post-release production verification.
• Performed basic performance and load testing using JMeter and analyzed JTL and CSV results.
• Collaborated with developers, product managers, designers, DevOps engineers, and QA team members to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
• Used Jira, TestRail, Postman, Swagger, JMeter, Chrome DevTools, Git, Bitbucket, and SQL/MySQL basics.

My responsibilities included developing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and ensuring the platform's features met the highest quality standards. I worked closely with the development team to implement interactive and user-friendly features, contributing to a seamless and engaging user experience for language learners.
