I have over 20 years of professional experience in the field of construction and project management. I have significant experience in managing projects financed by international partners, the state and private companies. My experience includes coordination of the implementation of construction projects of various purposes (residential buildings, industrial and utility buildings, medical and educational institutions and others throughout Ukraine). In addition, I was responsible for monitoring and estimating the cost and budget of project implementation, coordinating and ensuring the delivery of material resources and mechanisms. I have extensive experience in conducting tenders for the procurement of goods, works and services. In my most recent position at GIZ, I was responsible for organizing and supervising the implementation of projects from initial planning to final completion, working closely with local authorities, contractors and stakeholders. This included procurement processes, monitoring construction works and ensuring compliance with requirements, deadlines and budgets. I have extensive experience in working with government agencies and managing projects in challenging environments, which is particularly relevant in the context of Ukraine’s recovery and reconstruction efforts. I’m motivated to continue contributing to international development initiatives and to apply my practical experience in project implementation in a professional environment. I’m currently improving my English and German language skills to further strengthen my ability to work in multinational teams.
