Temporary project which involved my skill of accurate data collection via calls and google map/ Bing app to build software for the client.

Accomplishments:

- Making at least 90 calls a day to collect data from establishments using interpersonal skills.

-Transferring and converting data to meaningful information on google sheet and on the client's software.

I started out as an online marketing agent to Medicare accredited businesses to assist them with medical billing, later promoted and trained as a medical billing specialist using software programs used by the business to file insurance claims.

Accomplishments:

-Filing timely and accurate 30-45 claims a day.

-Always up to date with various insurance policies, ever-changing rules.

-Timely claim denial resolution.

-Verification of patient's doctor to be PECOS registered.

-Constant verification of patient insurance eligibility.

I started out as a sales personnel and made such a good impact a new team was created and I promoted to the position of a gold qualifier, now receiving inbound calls and converting them to our clients or assisting them with whatever they need.

Responsibilities:

-Making minimum 200 dials a day during 8 hours of work and meeting target of minimum 5 live transfers daily to licensed advisors and 1 sale weekly.

-Receiving inbound calls and qualifying clients by asking a series of medical questions and transferring them to advisors.
