Main responsibilities:

• Planning/control/coordination of seed import according to contract terms (terms \ quality) of own company contract and direct contracts of clients.
• Organization and control of export and, if necessary, re-export of seeds.
• Customs clearance of seeds according to sales plans.
• Work with clients regarding terms and actual volumes of seed deliveries.
• Analysis of warehouse and transport services on agricaltural sphere.
• Control of contractors work, search for new ones, replacement if necessary.
• Control of warehouse occupancy, adjustments.
• Daily control of shipments to clients.

Main responsibilities:

• Analyse the market of transportation, warehousing, analyse the market of loading and unloading services, etc.Budgeting.
• Tracking expenses according to budget indicators.Involvement in planning and control of stock refill.
• Development, approval and realization of regulations, job instructions, orders for the work of the department and its branches.
• Writing business processes and involvement in their realization.
• Automation of the 1C system for the needs of logistics departments. Writing technical tasks, testing and monitoring their realization.
• Recruitment and training of personnel.

The Department includes 5 branches.

1) Branch of transport logistic :(under the supervision - the head of the branch, the dispatcher and from 3 to 15 drivers during the period of work in the company).

• Control over the time of delivery of products to the company's warehouses and customers.
• Solve issues with the carrier and regions.
• Control over the most rational product movement routes.
• Documentation of relations with transport companys.
• Monitoring of the terms of validity of contracts.
• Analysis of the expediency of using the company's own cars in each specific region, their redistribution.
• Formation and analysis of the expense part (UAH/km) taking into account all expenses for the company's own cars.
• Distribution in 1C of management costs for delivery by regional structural divisions and divisions of the central office.
• Control and approval for the company's drivers to work on weekends and holidays.
• Control over the preparation of the motivation of the company's drivers, processing of their payment.
• Payment control of transport, transport forwarding, courier services.
• Forming reports at the request of management on transport costs, mileage, tonnage, etc.

2) Branch of warehousing:(under the supervision – the head of the branch, 19 warehouses, 5’s of them safekeeping warehouses and 1 bonded warehouse = 34 of warehouse employees)

• Accounting and control of management accounting of goods in the company's warehouses.
• Control over the management of consignment series in management accounting by branch of products - crop protection products, seeds, microfertilizers.
• Preparation of warehouses for inventory. Organization \ control and being a part in inventory taking in the warehouse (scheduled 2 times a year, as well as unscheduled and when closing the warehouse complex).
• Solve issues when receiving and shipping goods from the company's warehouses.
• Cooperation with warehouse managers.
• Control of working hours of warehouse personnel.
• Providing tasks and monitoring their execution.
• Control and approval of shipments on weekends and holidays.
• Monitoring for following with company instructions and regulations by warehouse employees.
• Control of accrual for payment for loading and unloading services.
• Control of warehouse managers regarding shipment realization according to the FEFO method.

Main responsibilities:

• Search for direct transport companies. Formation of the base of car carriers in the regions of Ukraine for further needs.
• Miscalculation of goods delivery.
• Choosing the most optimal delivery method.
• Formation of the most rational transportation route.
• Control over the delivery of goods by the driver during the entire route.
• Conducting a mini-tender and hiring a car for delivery according to orders.
• Preparation of documents for transportation of goods.
• Work with courier companies.
• Verification of invoices and transporte declaration and registration of payment for carrier services in 1C.

Main responsibilities:

• Finding new carriers, concluding contracts, maintaining relations with existing ones.
• Finding new clients, concluding contracts with service providers, maintaining relations with existing ones.
• Organization and coordination of delivery of goods across Ukraine.
• Control and management of the entire document flow.
