In this job,
I had the following responsibilities: 1. Check-in and check-out of guests
2. Personnel management
3. Working with booking sites: Booking, Expedia, Hotel Beds, Hotel 24, etc.
4. Work with the booking program: Servio.
5. Work with cash discipline (fiscal cash desk and acquiring)
6. Transfer of accounting reports
7. Working with CRM (Bitrix24)
8. Work with primary documentation (invoicing for accommodation).
9. Working with minimal groups (from 5-10 numbers)
I consider my accomplishments to be:
1. I can easily work daily, which for many can be physically and even mentally difficult.
2. I know how to find a common language with guests in normal and conflict situations.
3. There is a desire to grow and achieve high prospects
4. Knowledge of English at the level: Intermediate
I also worked as a booking manager. In this position, I performed the following duties:
1. Work with the existing base of corporants.
2. Conclusion of new contracts with incoming companies.
3. Work with documentation (issuing group accounts, drawing up acts of work performed)
4. Coordination of the work of the reception, restaurant and housekeeping service.
5. Reservation of the conference hall and support of the event.
