Implemented a comprehensive set of measures to optimize reproduction (backfat measurement, flushing, semen quality control, sow record cards, breeding pair selection scheme) and feeding (correction of gestating sow rations from 13.3 to 12.5 MJ/kg and replacement gilt rations from 15% to 12.5% protein, piglet feeding schedule, switch to a premix from another supplier showing better gains). Identified and eliminated the cause of 30% piglet mortality in the farrowing unit, developed a piglet treatment protocol, and adjusted the herd's preventive treatment scheme; increased replacement gilt intake to rejuvenate the herd. Implementation of age-based weaning produced a concrete result — an increase in weaning weight.

Launched and organized the operation of a 900-sow pig farm complex. Recruited and trained personnel. Developed the herd movement cyclogram, veterinary protocols, and biosecurity measures. Managed herd records and feed expenditure in Cloudfarms. Developed a staff motivation system. Results achieved: 42 born alive and 37 weaned piglets per sow per year. 2023 — launched a 1,800-sow farm.
