- Task placement and prioritization, time control in Jira, MS Azure, OTRS, feedback collection, conflict resolution, 1:1.
- Delivery: Control of the IT system’s progress according to the SDLC life cycle from planning and development stage to deployment and support of software.
Achievements:
1. Increased the speed of project implementation by 25% through the introduction of project and team performance metrics (Time to market, Circle Time, Wip Limit, Velocity, Capacity etc.) and Scrum events (Daily, Sprint Retrospective, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Demo).
2. Reduced Industrial Phase by three times (from 3 months to 1) by involving stakeholders in the planning stage and also by writing an interactive course on how to work with new modules (7+ new modules).
3. Received 10+ positive feedback from key stakeholders through managing expectations and satisfaction: agreement of deviations, maintenance of meeting minutes, assignment logs, roadmap in Roadmap Planner, unified project work area.
4. Reduced the waiting time for resources by 60% and the cost of the product by 25% through the introduction of a resource planning model and automation of work time, prioritization of backlog, decompositions and control of tasks in Jira, Confluence, which resulted in a reduction of 2 FTEs per year.
5. Described the procedure for working with open questions and customer comments, compiled a RACI matrix for solution, implemented a comment register, check-list process delivery and release planning, which reduced the time for status reports and demos.
