Assess the employees’ knowledge of English;

Monitor students’ performance and achievements in the classroom;

Develop and conduct effective educational programs for groups and adapt them according to company’s and employee’s needs;

Use teaching methodologies and tools to make the learning process more effective and interesting;

Create supplementary interactive activities to boost students' skills and interest in learning;

Monitore and reporting on educational progress;

Monitore and reporting on students' attendance.
