Main responsibilities:

• Monthly forecasts for raw materials supply based on productions sites' reports on fulfilling production plan;
• Monthly reports on fulfilling production plan based on 2 subsidiary production sites;
• Contacting foreign trade suppliers, especially from China, India, EU countries;
• Sear for new possible suppliers in order to minimize raw materials cost affecting production cost;
• Market research for further trade expansion and entry to the new perspective markets;
• Organization of export processes starting from search of potential customers to customs procedures (e.g. preparing all the required documentation, search for possible delivery options etc.);
• Control over logistics (sea delivery, railway and auto delivery);
• Ensuring the compliance with the local laws and regulations for importing goods to Ukraine;
• Control over payment to be performed timely;
• Preparation of all relevant documents for customs clearance (contracts, specifications etc.);

Extra activities:

• Preparation for participation in international exhibitions;
• Participating as a company representative on exhibitions, providing all the relevant product-related expert information;
• Support with PowerPoint presentation for participants from the company in different conferences

• Planning of production needs with fulfilling stock for at least 3 months ahead;
