Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Sourcing and contacting candidates for all levels of technical and management vacancies

- Using internal database, LinkedIn and boolean/x-ray search

- Using advanced sourcing tools for searching

- Working closely with Recruitment Manager

- Planning search strategy and providing a constant pipeline of submitted candidates

- Reaching KPI according to KPI policy

- Keep track of ATS filling quality

- Providing instant and sufficient feedback to candidates at all stages of the process

Responsibilities:
- Release purchase orders, ensured timely confirmations, and updated tracking numbers in the system (SAP).
- Update all shipments from suppliers' backlogs,
- Verify ETAs against required dates, and provide actionable “OK/NOK” comments.
- Coordinate with suppliers for pull-ins,
- Explored open market solutions,
- Create PPV files, and issued POs to distributors.
- Resolve block invoice reports and addressed issues highlighted in problem shelf reports.
- Prepare priority lists and provide detailed commentary on Data Integrity reports.
- Lead a team of 3 buyers, offering guidance and solutions for resolving shortages during biweekly meetings.
