♦ Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners♦ Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner♦ Managing calendars, setting up business trips as well as work calendars♦ Formatting information, contracts for internal/external communication (memos, emails, presentations, reports), main point of contact for correspondence within the office♦ Take minutes during meetings♦ Liaison with clients on a daily basis and project management team♦ Assisting in project scheduling, project budgeting

♦ Extensive field supervision experience including municipal utility installations, road rehabilitations, co-ordination of utilities within existing and proposed right-of-ways and public lands, regulatory approvals♦ Effectively work as part of multi-disciplinary team and review and check calculations, design models and design parameters of junior team members ♦ Ensure that project needs are met in a timely manner♦ Estimate required effort hours and drawing count estimates in support of proposal development♦ Understand project scope and ensures design are consistent with project technical requirements and scope♦ Review completed drawings, adopt appropriate drafting standards and protocols to suit project and client requirements.♦ Land and site development design including site grading, stormwater management, detailed water, sanitary and storm-water, and surface improvements including curb, gutter, sidewalk, roadways and lot grading etc.♦ Provides training and mentorship to 5 junior designers; ensures staff possess skills and knowledge to meet team expectations and succeed at tasks♦ Reviews and checks calculations, Civil 3D design models, drawings and design parameters
