- preparation of conclusions on legal issues arising in the course of the activities of the Enterprise and other enterprises, institutions, organizations - counterparties;

- participate in correspondence, consideration of complaints and claims received by the Enterprise from the parties to the contract;

- provide legal support for the conclusion of contracts with enterprises, institutions and organizations - counterparties;

- participate in the analysis and generalization of the practice of concluding and executing contracts, development and implementation of sample forms of contracts;
