Achievements:

• Created and implemented a psychosocial support program for IDPs, covering more than 20,000 people;
• Conducted more than 50 training sessions for psychologists, social workers, and education representatives;
• Organized psychosocial support in 10 frontline communities, providing access to assistance for children and families;
• Implemented four international programs in Ukraine;
• Launched a system of regular supervision for mobile teams, which reduced the risk of burnout by 40%;
• Integrated MHPSS into educational programs for teachers, enabling schools to respond to children's psycho-emotional state.
