• Developed and implemented 10 comprehensive training programs on topics such as trauma-informed care, emotional burnout prevention, and the integration of psychosocial support in conflict zones;
• Led the implementation of 4 international humanitarian programs in Ukraine, directly benefiting over 500 individuals and enhancing local capacity to address urgent needs in conflict-affected regions;
• Trained approximately 200 social workers and psychologists in effective, trauma-sensitive methods for supporting children affected by military conflict, significantly improving their ability to provide psychological first aid in challenging environments.
