- Handled sales from A to Z: found new clients at business conferences, on social networks, closed deals worth $50,000, and established long-term relationships with clients.

- Instructed new sales staff, helped them improve their skills, and increase sales.

- Was responsible for the online store. Devised promotional campaigns to increase customer return rates. Worked with customer reviews and, through personalized approaches, increased the average purchase value, customer loyalty, leading to an expansion of the customer base. Updated the product catalog in the WordPress admin panel. Sent email newsletters to the existing customer base informing them about promotions and new products.

- Managed the company's social media, organized product photoshoots, posted content regularly, and engaged in regular correspondence with customers.

- Identified influencers, established communication, and sent products for advertising.

- Handled logistics, planned product deliveries, and was directly involved in product packaging and shipping.

- Handled administrative matters. Ensured the availability of all necessary equipment in the office and warehouse to ensure the company's continuous operation.

I also want to highlight an important part of my work, which involved crisis management. Since the company was small and new, it was necessary to promptly address important and urgent tasks, such as: dealing with customs delays for goods quickly correcting discrepancies between product packaging and inventory addressing miscommunication between the customer and the performer when the performer had already started the task, and so on.

- Handled the organization of the daily workflow. For example, when changes occurred in the document verification algorithm, I delved into the details and thoroughly instructed the department. Since such changes were made weekly, rapid adaptation to new conditions was an important part of my work.

- Advised colleagues and helped them understand complex cases.

- Conducted onboarding for new employees. Distributed workload among departments and employees. Since the company had many foreigners proficient in different languages, it was important to optimize work considering each individual's language proficiency.

- Ensured quality control of completed work, corrected errors, and assessed the quality of work done. My tasks also included motivating employees to meet and exceed targets since their salary directly depended on output. I was responsible for organizing team-building activities and maintaining a friendly atmosphere in the team.
