• Conduct demand forecast and order placement of printed materials
• Ensure the optimum stock level of printed materials in the warehouses
• Work out and implement activities to manage stock of printed materials effectively
• Conduct tenders for one-time occasions as well as for annual purposes
• Control and coordinate printed materials distribution process
• Cooperate with local and regional suppliers (design and production agencies)
• Manage the circulation of documents relating to the deals
  

• Consolidate and verify budget financial and planning data
• Prepare/submit budget in Financial System
• Prepare finance part of budget presentations in the format approved by the management accurately and on time
• Ensure accurate and timely reflection of financial data in Financial system in line with the company's procedures
• Provide inputs/reports/analysis/templates requested by Headquarters
• Drive month closing activities: calculations on salary/vacation/bonus accruals, correct accruals allocation, consolidate data for accruals data from internal and external customers
• Drive cross-divisional discussion on significant financial items to drive productivity savings (office, major suppliers, etc.)
• Ensure correct costs allocation
• Coordinate fund replenishment process
  

• Active participation in sales forecasting process, in relation with marketing and sales in order to ensure the optimum stock level in the warehouses
• Maintain monthly closing processes, reports (both SI and SO)
• Frequent contacts with internal and external customers concerning deliveries, stock, scheduling
• Current Sales In monitoring per SKU;
• Monthly performance evaluation of Medical Representatives per SKU;
• Prepare sales and costs parts of presentations for cycle meetings in the format approved by the management accurately and on time
• Ensure accurate and timely reflection of financial data in Financial system in line with the company's procedures
• Provide inputs/reports/analysis/templates requested by Headquarters and local management

• Organization of delegates participation in conferences (local, abroad), round tables
• Organization of internal meetings of the department, business trips of employees

• Documentation workflow coordination: interaction with all departments and suppliers for payments, contracts
• Translation of documents and simultaneous translation (English-Russian/Ukrainian as well as Russian-English/Ukrainian)
