Among the investors are two large specialized investment funds: Emso Asset Management LTD (USA, UK) and APartners Capital Investment Management LTD (Malta). As a result of the work of our team, we managed a portfolio with a total debt in the amount of USD 1000 m, investments were made in various industries. Among them are such well-known companies as Arterium Corporation, Rosava/Premiori, AutoKrAZ, Centravis steel plant, as well as investments in office and hotel real estate: BC Khomov, Royal Congress Hotel (Kyiv). In addition, the portfolio also included many smaller properties, including land plots. We also considered projects in the agro-industrial complex (Avangard), food production (Ukrkava), energy saving (Pellets production plant). Our developments at the final stage were confirmed by the documents of PricewaterhouseCoopers and Saenko-Kharenko Law firm.

Main responsibilities:

• Writing the presentation memorandums (research reports) of an Ukrainian companies for investment committees of partners on purpose of possible debt purchase in a portfolio of funds.
• Definition of the maximum purchase price of the debt, the required investment for legal actions to obtain ownership rights to the object using the collateral collection.
• Description of the company's business, its products and place in the market, financial statements.
• Calculation of IRR and term of planned return on investment for various scenarios, description of risks and opportunities to reduce them.
• Description of ways for investors to exit the project by selling the business, definition of the possible price of selling the business to a strategic investor (DCF and comparison methods).
• Preparation of Management reports for the foreign investors (planned monthly costs and expenses for each company included in the portfolio.
• Сalculation of planned IRR for each portfolio and each project in the portfolio), preparation of cash flow statements, accounting of mutual settlements between partners, contacts with foreign partners.

• Analyzing of the corporate client’s portfolios that were offered for sale by the Deposit Guarantee Fund for the purpose of acquisition.
• Searching for undervalued commercial real estate objects that have a bad judicial history for possible further acquisition.
• Analyzing business and financial statements of corporate clients for estimation of client's ability to repay the debt.
