During the leadership of the organization in the city of Gorlovka from 2011 to June 2014, the organization implemented 5 projects with the participation of international donors and regional authorities. Personally, I have always been involved in writing a project application and directly managed all the processes. In Dnipropetrovsk, my organization has implemented 4 projects to support internally displaced persons, who were also my own initiative and supported by international donors.

Responsible for the planning and execution of activities targeting the three areas for Institutional support (general support to institutional establishment, support to hromada's work with awareness raising/citizen participation and training of staff). Supervise the work of Regional coordinators and Coordinator of trainings Ensure efficient knowledge management in the Project - Make sure that the budget for institutional support is kept within budget limits and used efficiently - Oversee integration of the content described in the manuals and materials within the Support Package on how to establish an ASC into the work on institutional establishment of ASC - Supervise the delivery of in-service training for ASC administrators and other relevant representatives of local authorities - Supervise the progress of provision of methodological support to local awareness raising campaigns about administrative service delivery - Supervise the progress of provision of methodological support to citizen participation and oversight in the establishment and operation of the ASC - Oversee the cross-cutting issues integration in the process of institutional establishment of ASC.

The project "Support for the implementation and development of the state budget in communities regarding decentralization."

Community institutional support with an emphasis on budget execution and administrative services.

• Conducting seminars, trainings for managers and stakeholders, according to standards for the implementation of the state budget and the implementation of decentralization reform;
• Organization, control and coordination of citywide forums for discussing community development priorities and preparing draft state budgets and the need to improve the availability and quality of administrative services for local citizens;
• Cooperation with local, regional and central authorities.
• Interaction with other international projects and donors to establish communications and improve the quality of obtaining the final result
• Analyze regulations and administrative processes on public services delivery;
• Development and provision of new proposals for the government regarding improving the quality and accessibility of administrative services for citizens.

Coordination of Project activities in the region and Participation in discussions of the team on project activities and project planning in general. Planning activities and project management in the Dnipropetrovsk region, organizing and carrying out the planned activities of the project. In many cases the name of the project in forums, round tables, seminars, etc., conducted by project partners, other donors and / or local and regional authorities in the area. Cooperation regional media (the media) on the coverage of the project, gathering information on the implementation of project initiatives in the region. Manage a project team of regional consultants and experts. To find, coordinate and engage regional and local experts in the Project. Coordination of local procurement processes, incl. work on technical tasks, advertising measures, receipt and processing of tender offers, communication with tenderers.

Coordination with regional suppliers (checking accounts, quality control, compliance with terms, etc.). Ensure effective management of measures, implementation of all measures complying with time limits and budget constraints

Organization and conducting of informational and educational activities within the framework of the Project. Development of presentation and Information materials of the project other events to raise awareness of different target audiences with materials of the project. Methodic support for the informational and educational activities of the Project to raise awareness of European standards for the protection of human rights. Development of educational programs, methodological and educational materials, preparation and, if necessary, carrying out individual trainings, as well as the coordination of the work of the involved trainers. The monitoring of political, social and economic problems of internally displaced persons in the Dnipropetrovsk region, which creates difficulties and opens opportunities for the effective implementation of human rights in Ukraine. Formation and the reporting of the places on efficiency, challenges, dynamics and challenges the Project in Dnipropetrovsk region.

Development of the project goal, strategy, action plan focused on providing information and consulting support to potential communities, legal and methodological consultations, as well as upgrading the professionalism and skills of the staff of the CTG Executive Committees. Formation and systematic updating of the project work plan together with the project team, ensuring the quality of implementation of the activities planned for the project and achievement of the project goals in accordance with the set budget and deadlines. Coordinate the work of a project team of up to 6 people to make progress according to planned results.

Coordination of project activities with partners. Cost Tracking, Project Budget Management, Cost Execution; in accordance with the budget, donor requirements and internal organizational guidelines. Ensure effective communication and information sharing at team and partner level. Establishing systematic cooperation and coordinating activities with other decentralization communication projects. Monitoring and analysis of the quality of provision of basic services by local self-government bodies, local authorities and public organizations, which has increased in connection with the increase in the number of internally displaced persons in Dnipropetrovsk region. Developing a work plan for the project and identifying the necessary resources for its implementation. Selection of the Project team, preparation of job descriptions with defined responsibilities and control of activities. Ensure the proper execution, sustainable and efficient operation of all office and organization processes.

Ensure effective management of events, implementation of all measures in compliance with timelines and budget constraints. Coordination of local procurement processes, including work on technical tasks, advertising activities, receipt and processing of tenders, communication with tenderers. Initial analysis of the capacity of local governments to provide services, taking into account political and social variables. Communicate, negotiate and agree on a plan of joint action and action with government and the public sector. Control and approval of all financial and descriptive reports of the Project activities.
