Project description: Implementation of People Centric Security conception and creation a

positive culture of information security at the management company level with subsequent implementation in all operational holdings.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation and promotion of PCS principles;
• User Behavior Analytics System (UBA) implementation process management;
• Creation and maintenance of security policies and UBA system audit;
• Documentation, standards, guidelines and training materials preparation;
• Analysis, investigation and reporting of cyber incidents;
• Information security awareness consultancy.

Role: IT Project Manager/Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Management of IT project portfolio and monitoring the formation process of IT;
• Prioritization of projects in IT Department and allocation of IT resources within IT project portfolio;
• Liaising between business customers and technical team to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications;

• Creation and support of the product backlog;
• Interaction with processing center, payment systems and NBU on the functioning and development of e-commerce;
