Having worked on various tasks and jobs in public communication, I combine practical skills and expertise, making me capable of strategizing and implementing communication activities from scratch and delivering and achieving objectives. My experience working for international funds and governmental institutions allows me to effectively handle media inquiries and organize interviews, mitigating reputational risks.I have proven successful project management experience, handling multiple complex projects with a high attention to detail. My education (Master's Degree in Social Psychology and English) and courses (Public Relations and MediaCommunications, Marketing, and Communications, and Project Management) create a perfect combo for the majority of communication-related activities, making me a strong communication professional, passionate about telling about an impact through a variety of products and channels, ensuring it reaches target audiences, calls to actions and works to change behavior or to raise awareness.I have solid experience setting up and maintaining mutually beneficial working relations with different stakeholders, including Ukrainian ministries, embassies, donors, NGOs, media agencies and outlets, communities, and subcontractors. I can be a driving team lead and a reliable individual who understands how joint efforts benefit the efforts of teams and organizations on the way to the common goal. I am experienced in coordinating the development of websites, preparing, launching, and implementing communication campaigns and contests for essays and publications, and developing and delivering training sessions for grantees and partners.I have proven experience in developing and implementing successful communication campaigns on national and regional levels. I understand the importance of listening, hearing, communicating, and updating.I am a co-author of- Ukraine's Euro Integration Communication Strategy in 2017-2021, developed in close cooperation with the Office for Coordination of European and Euro-Atlantic Integration and- Communication Strategy for the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine throughout 2017-2024. Both documents were supplemented with Implementation Action Plans and professional surveys. Public communication is something you love and live with; it is always about messages, speakers, political environments, media landscapes, details, and deadlines. I like this environment and like to follow how it evolves and changes. I am a result-oriented person and always do my best to ensure that tasks are completed in due time and to the highest quality standards, whether it refers to the development of communication products or implementation of social media and online communications strategies, internal or public communication, branding, or co-branding.
