- Full-cycle accounting and tax reporting: bank transactions, payroll calculations, export-import operations, product manufacturing, trade, inventory, and more

- Preparation and submission of tax and statistical reports, tax planning, and optimization

- Experience in resolving tax disputes, including participation in court proceedings

2. Financial Management and Budgeting:

- Organizing the budgeting process, ensuring annual and operational financial plans

- Preparation of financial performance reports for management: Cash Flow, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet

- Controlling operational and financial activities to identify losses and opportunities for optimization

3. Analytics and Management Reporting:

- Preparation of management reports and analytical materials for owners and management

- Development of financial models and analytical systems to support decision-making

- Experience in implementing KPIs and analyzing company performance

4. Investment Management:

- Assessment and analysis of investment projects to evaluate potential profitability

- Preparation of documents for bank financing, including negotiations with financial institutions

5. ERP System Implementation:

- Collaboration with IT departments and programmers for ERP system implementation and adaptation of accounting and management reporting to company needs

- Improvement of financial processes and accounting procedures through automation

6. Legal Support and Audit:

- Experience in mergers, reorganizations, and Due Diligence processes

- Participation in external and internal audits (including PwC) and defending audit results

- Use of various legal tools to achieve the company’s financial goals

7. Team Leadership:

- Building and developing the finance department team, ensuring effective team performance

- Improvement of employee compensation systems

8. Tools and Technology:

- Proficiency in Excel for financial modeling, data analysis, and report creation

- Experience with banking systems and credit products

- Use of ERP systems for financial accounting and management

9. Flexibility in Roles and Attention to Detail:

- Successfully balance leadership and execution roles based on project needs

- Proficient in all aspects and timelines of accounting processes, enabling effective management and task execution
