Cashier and Finance
• Validation and approval of invoices and payments up to 2 000 CHF (82 000 UAH);from August 2023
• Paver of Attorney to sign documents, Agreements and Actsfrom August 2023
• Responsible for cash disbursements and payments;
• Control invoices and all forms of payment to be properly filled ;
• Assist the Accountant in compiling, preparing and sending the monthly Accounting documents.
Premises
• Prepare Premises lease contracts
• Focal point with the landlords and follow up the Premises lease contracts negotiations, establish the lease agreements and payments, including the parts of renovation to be negotiated with the landlord;
• Ensure the office, residence and warehouse are well managed in-terms of cleanliness and maintenance of the buildings;
• Manage the security of the premises and ensure the passive security installation.
• Provide the Premises with everything necessary;
• Organize security and safety trainings for all staff;
• Responsible for the preparation of supporting documents and payments of the Premises-related invoices.
Welcome
• Organize the Welcome side of events/meetings/seminars;
• Participate in organizing pick-up and accommodation;
• Responsible for the preparation of supporting documents and payments of the welcome-related invoices (accommodation, events etc. ).
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
• Translate documents and conversations if needed and assist the F&A department in other administrative activities as requested;
• Collect and share information so as to improve the ICRC’s understanding of the environment and humanitarian trends and responses;
• Brief newcomers and visitors.
