- Provide prompt, effective, high quality and business-oriented legal support and advice to the firm's senior management, litigate and manage disputes;

• Provide legal advice and support to Group management and line managers on all legal matters including regulatory, corporate, employment, commercial and civil law, insurance, claims management and litigation, Digital Transformation: E-doc and service Vchasno, E-TTN (E-din, E-doc), FM clients portal, Consolid project;
• Implementing and applying all Compliance tools and processes (DD tool for FM Group “Gan Integrity”), Support learning and development of staff on digital initiatives;
• Handling legal matters relating to investment activities (structuring the deal for purchase of industrial land, construction of warehouse and all related matters);
• Liaise with, supervise and manage the services of external lawyers, paralegals and professional advisors;
• Negotiate with legal representatives of clients, trade associations, tax authorities;
• Managing the legal department (3 lawyers) reporting to the Legal Global FM Corporate (France);
• Drafting of internal company rules and regulations, incorporate the principles of corporate governance, risk management and compliance.

• Legal support of the company's operational and project activity (trade, asset company (6 inland silos and terminal), oil extraction plant, nutrition);
• Participation in drafting various contracts (including import/export of equipment and services GAFTA/FOSFA), advising on their conclusion and execution;
• Drafting of internal company rules and regulations, incorporating the principles of corporate governance, risk management and compliance; - Management of corporate optimisation projects;
• Full legal support of projects of construction of 2 inland silos, participation in the purchase of real estate assets/company shares;
• Communicating with government and judicial authorities on legal matters;
• Claims and litigation work on corporate, commercial, tax, labour related matters;
• Management of field company layers (in regions), setting and monitoring tasks for legal consultants;
• Organisation and implementation of electronic and document management and confidentiality for the storage and processing of databases, preparation of reports for company management;
• Monitoring the regulatory framework governing the Company's activities, tracking, identifying and informing management of legislative changes;
• Carrying out other activities as required.

Assisting in pre- and post-contractual negotiations, drafting and negotiating all types of real estate and land transaction documents, structuring of real estate acquisitions, including asset deals and corporate acquisitions

Responsible for legal services to provider of technology-based solutions and agricultural products that improve farm productivity and food quality (import, distribution agreements: seeds, fertilizers, machinery).
