Worked as a PM in a remote team
My team had 2 frontend and 2 backend developers, a designer and a site administrator.
Working on 2 projects, I had following responsibilities:
- formalization of customer wishes, dividing them into understandable tasks for performers, managing the task-trackers Jira and Trello;
- offering a vision of new features in the form of text descriptions or wireframes;
- controlling of deadlines;
- quality control and manual testing of each implemented function.

2) 2015-2018
Worked as a project manager on freelance in own studio, so I know how a development life cycle looks like:
- met with and had regular emailing and calls with customers;
- wrote technical tasks for designers and programmers, controlled all processes;
- solved financial and communicative issues (closing deals, negotiations, preparing commercial offers, etc.).
I ran a small team: 2 developers, 2 designers, sales manager + employees who were hired from time to time.
For all the time we made about 50+ different level sites, from usual landing pages to projects on Bitrix (f.e.: the hotel site with online booking and car protection site).

3) 2016-today
I have my own commercial product - a universal online store.
Online store 100% ready to work for small businesses BestSeller (was created on Opencart base).
The store was developed in collaboration with a colleague for 1 year.
My participation in this project included:
- overall and detailed vision of the future project
- writing detailed tasks;
- drawing 14 accurate prototypes of pages and testing the final product after each update;
- looking for new clients.
Currently, there are 11 copies of this online store + we provide support to 3 of them.
