•Work according to technical documentation (technical acts, financial acts, plans for conducting the most responsible operations, contracts).

•Operation control, full communication with DE/Rig Managers/Superintendent on the rig site.

•Communication with Clients/Subcontractors/Service companies.

• Participation in meetings/Visit to rig site.

• Representing the interests of the company in the administrative and state services of the region,other organizations within the sphere of my competences.
• Ensuring safety of work execution.

• Complete drilling well Komyshnya #56 (depth 6100m); Berezovka #206 (depth 6120m); Gadach#73 (depth 4820m) and Sary #100 (depth 6375m)

• •Controlled all operations related to well work and make recommendations to engineering studiesto improve drilling operational performance.
• •Design and set up the BHA.
• •Prepare reports on performed work on wells.
• •Estimate and control costs for wells activities.

• Responsible for keeping Downhole Motors running (TomaHawkDownhole and DYNOMAX (Canada)).
• Control and execution of work according to the approved program.
  
• Maintenance and control of Downhole Motors assembling on the rig.
  
• Designing and set up BHA
  
• Controlle all operations related to well work
  
• Prepare reports on performed work on wells.
  
• Experience with working on MWD (Compass, DrillTeck MWD).
  
• Bit run in a well (NOV, Smith, Reed).
  
• Calculating and optimizing hydraulic programs while drilling.
  
• Analysis of lithological section.
  
• Experience with sidetracking.
  
• Maintaining the primary technical documentation, preparing and providing information in an established manner.
