The budget model has been redesigned from the manual calculation to the database, the main bank indicators logic of calculating has been rewritten for the new budgeting model. The process of collecting the monthly management report to the Supervisory Board has been revised and optimized. A model has been created for conducting a macro-analysis of the bank's economic environment. A new report on competitor banks has been created: a data model in Excel, Thinkcell diagrams in Power point.
