- Monitoring and reporting on humanitarian need in Ukraine and surrounding countries (Moldova, Poland, Romania, Hungary), in order to contribute to SV's country and regional strategies, in regard to selection of partners and projects to support

- Monitoring and evaluating of the humanitarian aid programs, in the field and remotely (portfolio of 16 programs with wide financing from 50k to 2M) per project

- Maintaining active partnership relation management, with national and international partners alike (local authorities, clusters, CSOs, NGOs, INGOs, networks of volunteers, donors)

- Assessing partners' capacity and contributing to local partner capacity sharing, arrangement of vetting procedures for the partners (due diligence process, tiers of funding, piloting small and middle size grants)

- Monitoring and compiling regular updates on humanitarian aid system dynamics, using different national and international platforms and tools

- Contributing to the reflections around SV's MEAL strategies and organizational learning

- Reviewing project reporting, including financial reporting, overall grant management of the partners (portfolio with more than 20 ongoing partners (local and INGO)

- Drafting and elaboration of contracts, addendums, LoI, donation certificates

- Piloting new interventions in regard to the response in Ukraine

- Capacity strengthening activities for Local Partners

- Research on the Ukraine humanitarian response in Poland;

- Assessments conducted for sector priorities, number of donors, response teams in Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia

- Arrangement of the meetings with stakeholders such as Clusters, CSO actors, local authorities, businesses

- Field trips arrangements, data collection, report writing

• Management of training activities on regional level, development of educational webinars, training programmes, provision of TA for partners, monitoring and evaluation of educational activities

• Development and further implementation of educational video materials (courses, webinars, educational books and materials)

• Management of motivation component for medical personnel and social workers in HealthLink project ( funded by U.S. Agency for International Development)

• Management of training activities within the COVID-19 component for doctors and health care providers in Ukraine

•Responsible for emergency relocation program for foster families UA-PL

•Preliminary assessment of the family needs for further relocation

•Approach of urgent requests and referral practices to the relevant stakeholders and institutions

•Communication support and further connection to the SOS partners in Poland

• Implementation of the activities according to the project Plan of Actions under the supervision of Project manager;
  
• Providing the translations to the documents, translations during the meetings, conferences;
• Reports preparation (rus/ua/eng languages);
• Coordination the process of communication between all parties (local consultants, International donors, beneficiaries)
• Reporting on project progress and evaluating the framework assess the strengths of the program and identify areas for improvement;
• Assistance in the visa procedures, preparation of the documents for International business trips;
• Providing all necessary assistance in logistics process (internal trainings, documentation, international assistance).

• Providing advice on the management of the projects;
  
• Leading the projects team and coordinating;
• Implementing the agreed action plan accordingly to the goals, agreed standards and deadlines;
• Ensuring the effective preparation of all project events and meetings and production of all necessary documentation;
• Coordinating the process of communication between team members and participants in project activities;
• Reporting on project progress and evaluating the framework assess the strengths of the program and identify areas for improvement

• Assistance to journalists from AL Jazeera America, The Globe and Mail, La Croix
  
• Arranging accreditation, accommodation, transportation etc. for foreign journalists;
• Providing translation and all necessary help (research, organizing meetings and interviews, assistance).
