• developed the personal manual in order to increase banking sales to VIP clients
  
• achieved the personal position in the monthly rating among 400 VIP-specialists of PJSC CB "Privatbank" from all over Ukraine.

• attraction of clients and registration of deposit and credit bank operations due to the current legislation;
• personnel management of the department (5-10 people at different stages).

• fulfilled the Outlet Head duties with highest performing indicators among outlets of Kryvyi Rih branch;
• elaborated the effective strategy on new employees adaptation.
