Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of personnel search projects in Ukraine and abroad;
• Business negotiations with clients;
• Planning, organization and controlling business activity of executive recruiting and temporary staff; - Organization of the high quality search for candidates;
• Searching and selection of candidates for middle, senior and TOP levels; - Leading the team (3-5 subordinates): training, motivation;
• Operative administration management of Western office.

• Management of expeditionary and orders departments (20 subordinates); - Logistics of delivering goods in Lviv region;
• Selection, adaptation, training, attestation, motivation the personnel;
• Negotiating with suppliers and customers;
• Work with documents and shipment of goods.
