Main Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and select sites for WASH projects.

Liaise with local government agencies, utility companies, and local communities.

Prepare technical documentation, terms of reference, and specifications.

Organizing and coordinating the implementation of projects for the construction and rehabilitation of water supply facilities.

Monitoring the quality, scope, and timelines of work performed by contractors; verifying compliance with project documentation and building codes.Conducting technical inspections of facilities, participating in the acceptance of completed work, and preparing reports for donors.Coordinating the work of contractors, suppliers, and local authorities; ensuring compliance with occupational safety requirements and international WASH standards.

Since June 2023, I have been working in the company HEKS EPER (Swizerland), holding a position Shelter/ WaSH Field Officer.My responsibilities include conducting an assessment of the needs of the civilian population in hard-to-reach areas in the immediate vicinity of the combat zone. The needs of the population in shelter kits and building materials are identified, interaction with local authorities, determination of needs and development of plans for the restoration of critical infrastructure facilities in the de-occupied territories, monitoring and determination of proposals for the supply of materials for communal facilities in the de-occupied territories, execution of all necessary documentation.

From November 2022 till June 2023, INGO Medair (Switzerland). Position of an Infrastructure Officer. My responsibilities include identifying the needs of the civilian population for construction materials that suffered during the armed conflict, providing humanitarian aid distribution to the civilian population, interacting with local authorities, identifying needs and developing plans for the restoration of critical infrastructure facilities in the de-occupied territories, conducting monitoring and identifying proposals for the supply of materials for utility facilities in the de-occupied territories, drawing up the necessary documentation. In addition, I actually performed the function of the NFI team leader and organized, carried out all necessary actions for the distribution of NFI kits in the Lyman community of the Kramatorsk rayon of the Donetsk oblast for the almost 4 000 households .

From April 2022 till September 2022, ACTED Ukraine. Position of a Project Assistant. I was engaged in the selection of shelters for cooperation in accordance with the company's standards, filling in various reporting forms and statistical data, ensuring the supply of humanitarian aid in accordance with the capabilities and standards of the company within the budget lines, conducting questionnaires for IDPs, analyzing the information received, creating auxiliary internal documentation for the implementation of effective activity. With my participation, the signing of a memorandum on cooperation between a humanitarian organization and local authorities was organized.From September 2022 till November 2022, ACTED Ukraine. Transferred to the position of a Project Officer. I was the head of a project that carried out humanitarian missions in the territory of Kryvyi Rih, such as: providing IDPs with non-food necessities, household appliances, conducting trainings for IDPs, organizing leisure activities, delivery and control of construction materials to improve living conditions in shelters, where IDPs live, interaction with local authorities, documentation management.
