• Built and owned monthly release delivery framework for Ubisoft Connect — entry criteria, regression governance, go/no-go decision process, and executive reporting. Integrated automation and reduced release cycle from 3 weeks to 1 week.
• Ensured stakeholder confidence in a major AAA title platform launch — built the process, organized and coordinated the team, managed risks and reporting from scratch. No surprises at release. Process didn't exist before. Now it's the standard.
• Managed platform integration across major PC distribution partners — coordinating producers, devs, and delivery teams to ensure stability and consistent user experience. When a revenue-impacting issue emerged across the titles portfolio, the solution was already prepared. Result: full resolution.
• Point of contact between business, production, and delivery management — translating priorities, managing expectations, and delivering reporting to each stakeholder group. Kept decisions documented and approved in Confluence, ensuring full accountability and visibility across all levels.
• Redesigned onboarding procedure — rotation across sub-teams, real tasks, structured feedback. Month one: contributor, not trainee.
• Built a talent pipeline — Junior to Senior, Manual to Automation. Faster delivery, lower hiring costs.
