IT Department is created from scratch, the Department's work is organized on the basis of ITIL standards;

Completed migration to a new version of the accounting software "1C"(from version 7.7 to version 8.0);

Project of building of the corporate GPRS networks Kyivstar GSM. (70% reduction of the cost for GPRS data transmission services and 30% for phone calls);

Organization of 5 telecentres, the increase in corporate network nodes in 3 times;

Reduction of expenses on telephony by implementing IP telephony.
