Align Talent Acquisition process with Clients, Delivery Managers, and internal interviewers to guarantee a good experience to all the stakeholders. Create a summary on each opening to provide better context to the recruiters and tech interviewers on the positions. Participate in Pre-sales calls to understand requirements, promote Team International Services and define the process strategy to comply with client needs.Manage communication with Delivery Managers and Account Executives to provide status, update information and oversee end to end Talent Acquisition process.Update Salesforce in real time about the position’s statuses, request to the Delivery Managers, Account Executives and Talent Leads to document all the opportunities with the information about the positions. Request on hold and cancellations to have a clean positions backlog for all the regions.Review, receive and approve Redeployment requests.Activate talent for potential opportunities by understanding their technical capabilities, strengths, improvement opportunities and career path aspirations. Be in constant communication with Account Executives, Delivery Managers, and the Strategic Talent Management organization to understand current and upcoming opportunities and prepare the talent to participate in the different selection processes.Keep resumes updated with highlights of every bench member to react fast and present the talent on a timely mannerWork with LnD and Studio Directors to create certification paths, skills boosting and all type of training efforts. Constantly identify with the different stakeholders’ other opportunities to take advantage of the bench Talent and support different initiatives with clients or internal implementations.Lead the bench council meeting every week and update all the reports.Present reports on weekly and monthly basis with the bench management efforts and results. Activate the Talent Pool positions for the 4 regions (Europe, Latam, Asia, Africa).
