HR Manager
Location Kyiv, Brovarskyi district, Trebukhiv.
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal consultants as needed/required.
- Ensures that applicable HR practices are conducted in line with Corporate and Legislative standards. Bears responsibility for internal and external audits of HR function.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Takes responsibility for personnel cost budgeting, forecasting and control.
- Controls over application of required labor safety measures.
- Organizes required military records
- Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
- Analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs & organizes required development measures to ensure that development objectives are met.
- Drives, monitors and reports on workforce and succession planning
- Designs and delivers employer branding strategy and communication
- Recruits and develops a highly skilled and talented work force
- Leads a team of 5 employees (HR, Admin, Labor Safety)
Desired Skills & Experience
- University degree
- Very good knowledge of English
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across all levels
- Minimum of 5 years' experience resolving complex employee relations issues
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employees’ relations, diversity, performance management, and respective employment laws.
- An open type of person, who wants to prove his/her professional expertise, looks out of the “square”, and not afraid of hard work, mobile in terms of traveling.
