Network and System Administration Manager

Location: Kyiv office (center)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in network and system administration roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
• Proven core IT components experience: AD, GPO, PowerShell, Firewalls (Kerio, Squid), switches, routers, VPN, encryption, storage, databases, virtualization (Hyper-V)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Products: MS Servers, MS Windows, MS Office, Office 365
• Hardware maintenance: PC, Laptop, Routers, Switches, Printers
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Ukrainian and English at B1 level
• Experience with Google Workspace and Apple OS (MacOS, iOS) is a plus

Responsibilities:

• In Ukraine, you`ll have exclusive responsibility for overseeing both the internal office infrastructure and remote offices across the globe, including locations in Warsaw, LA, and Dubai and ensuring uninterrupted operations for 90 users based in Kyiv office
• Improve current IT infrastructure and implement new features
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices to safeguard network and systems
• Diagnose and solve infrastructure issues and outages through effective troubleshooting
• Monitor server performance and auxiliary equipment
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and security of network and system infrastructure
• Implement monitoring tools and practices for proactive issue identification and resolution
