Media Buyer Assistant
What we do:
AK LEADS is a performance marketing startup. We specialize in lead generation. We do so through social media ads execution, custom landing pages, creative production, and post-production. Boiling that down: we create relatable ads that get social media users' attention and make them interested, we build informative landing pages that get them to convert, and we analyze the data on all of that to improve our efforts continuously.
About the team:
We are a bootstrapped (and profitable) remote team. Our main goal is to drive high-quality leads to our clients. We do so through aggregating learnings across our campaigns and automating our experimentation.
About the role:
We are seeking a driven, eager Media Buyer Assistant to assist in launching campaigns across traffic sources we are buying traffic from(FB/IG, TikTok, Google, YouTube), moderate and reply to comments under active ads, perform creative research and communicate with our database of actors to shoot footage for our ads, help with miscellaneous tasks.
Responsibilities:
Launching ad campaigns on FB/IG, TikTok, and Google
Perform creative research
Communicate with our actors' database
Perform SMM on our brands' assets
Perform comments moderation
Work closely with the rest of the team to brainstorm fresh ideas for our campaigns.
Be able to work independently with minimal direction and also be able to take very specific directions to accomplish our goals.
Be able to juggle multiple projects at once.
Be an effective communicator and fast learner.
Strong willingness to work hard to get things done. High level of discipline.
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of FB/IG, TikTok, and Google platforms.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS enough to modify LP code is a big plus.
At least Upper Intermediate English level.
Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
We provide all the necessary training and support for this position. Compensation is a flat fee plus performance bonuses.
