Senior HR Generalist Specialist

We are currently looking for a Senior HR Generalist Specialist to join the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Onboarding: 
- organization of the process of onboarding and integration of new employees.

• HRM Management & Wiki/Jira: 
- maintaining a JIRA or WIKI to fill in information about company policies, etc.;
- running HRM BambooHR with communication with OT/Admin teams as needed.

• Communication and branding: 
- management of the company's public communications on Slack and social networks;
- work with merchandise, create an internal AdlerTeam store, and develop an internal currency system;
- mentoring and management of the company's external brand on Instagram and LinkedIn.

• Corporate events and Branding:
- organization of corporate parties and events ordered by the company;
- completion and expansion of the company's brand book;
- development, filling and sending of gift boxes (welcome box, New Year's, themed, etc.) with the organization of an effective delivery system.

• Management of HR Processes:
- mentoring the interaction of team leaders and recruiters;
- monitoring of job postings and making changes if necessary, working with recruiters.

• 1-1 meetings:
- organization and holding of 1-to-1 meetings regarding the closure of VT;
- providing feedback and support to managers and the team.

• Offboarding:
- conducting exit interviews and participating in processes related to dismissal.

• Analysis of HR-Metrics:
- analyzing the team's main HR metrics;
- development and coordination of an action plan to improve performance.

•  Team Development:
- active work on employee satisfaction and engagement (eNPS);
- support and stimulate interaction processes within the company;
- help in resolving conflict situations to improve the working environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 3 years of HR  experience.
• Proficiency in English at the B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) level for effective communication with colleagues from abroad.
• Experience with various HR functions (LnD, C&B, HROperation, Recruiting, PR), ability to develop and implement processes.
• Experience with HRM (Bamboo, Jira, Confluence).
• High organizational skills.
