We’re looking for a talented Head of Sales Department (remote work).

At this position, you will be responsible for managing a team of highly skilled sales professionals, overseeing the sales cycle, and ensuring the successful implementation of our sales plans.
Our ideal candidate:
Previous experience in Sales/IT Sales/ (B2B) and managing Sales team (3+ years);
Technical background in IT service/product company (as a plus);
Excellent knowledge of any CRM system (Zoho CRM would be a huge advantage);
Minimum Upper intermediate level of English (B2), both written and spoken;
Strong focus on increasing the number of new active customers and earning % from sales;
Quick problem-solver mindset with a “can-do” attitude;
Great negotiation skills, with strong communication and presentation competence;
Willingness to be a reliable leader with solid management skills.
Your responsibilities:
As a Head of Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales process with a focus on increasing conversion from lead to deal-won. Your duties will include:
- active participation in sales, implementing a sales plan, ensuring its execution, and monitoring the team's performance in active sales, upselling, and after-sales service;
- improving and maintaining sales strategy in the company;
- identifying and exploring new sales channels and strategies to enhance team performance;
- regular utilization of CRM tools, and monitoring employee documentation completion;Hosting daily team meetings to discuss progress and address challenges;
Maintaining customer satisfaction, developing relationships, and solving problems;
Providing coaching for the sales team, creating new Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and motivating team members to achieve them;
Generating necessary reports to support daily operations and team performance;
Preparing reports for the company’s Founder and CEO;
Working with legal documents (NDAs, Service Agreements etc).
