We are looking for a Marketing Director with experience in IT service companies to join our team in Kyiv or Poltava office! You will be responsible for defining marketing solutions and strategy as part of a multifunctional leadership team.

For a good match, you need to have:

• 5+ years of experience in IT service companies
• last few years of experience on leadership roles
• marketing leadership, planning, and strategy execution experience
• experience with USA market
• ability to execute the plan is critical
• defining, monitoring, and reporting KPI
• working with Sales, Presales, Leadgen teams, and external vendors on defining, coordinating, and executing a shared marketing plan

What You’ll Be Doing In The Role?

• Develop and execute the marketing plan to drive pipeline coverage in North America and worldwide.
• Work with internal HR to create and execute a marketing plan for employer brand promotion in local markets.
• Execute regional campaigns to acquire or expand target accounts, working closely with our leadership team.
• Work with the wider sales team to execute those campaigns for other regions.
• Utilize a variety of channels, including but not limited to SMM, SEO, Paid ads, Email campaigns, etc.
• Understand the companies value proposition and be able to adapt it for your market as needed.
• Be the marketing voice for North America, highlighting local needs and expectations to the leadership team.
