High quality, independent financial statement audits are essential to maintaining investor confidence. KPMG Audit professionals across KPMG member firms are committed to the public interest. These experienced professionals seek to challenge assumptions and unlock valuable insights based on a thorough understanding of an organization’s business and industry, and innovative audit methodologies and approaches.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring quality, timely recruitment of experienced hires
- Indirect, direct search and pre-screening of CVs
- Candidates' assessment and selection
- Making job offers to the selected candidates, coordinating the hiring process
- Coordinating campaigns for attracting graduate candidates
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree
- English at Intermediate level
- Minimum 6 months experience as Recruiter
- Excellent interviewing skills (competency based interviews as a plus)
- Strong expertise in search resources and research tools; excellent networking skills
- Proactive and self motivated, able to work independently
- Friendly, confident, attentive to details
