IT Project Manager

Currently, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. This position fully remote. Write, we will be happy to chat!

Required skills:

• 3+ years of experience in IT project management, including all aspects of project planning and execution
• Proven experience with project workflow and SDLC
• Team management experience (1 on 1, performance review)
• Problem-solving attitude, GTD principle
• Experience with Agile practices
• Strong knowledge of spoken and written English — Upper-Intermediate

Will be a Plus:

• Experience Internet of Things (IoT) domain
• Knowledge of any additional foreign language (except English) —

German/French/Spanish

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain project documentation such as Project Charter and SoW
• Take part in project presale process (with business analyst and tech lead)
• Define resource requirements and work plan for the project, and manage their development and delivery
• Estimate and plan project delivery roadmap together with a team
• Manage, monitor, and motivate the team assigned to the project
• Manage risks, anticipate problems before they arise, and work with appropriate personnel to develop solutions
• Report project progress/status on a regular basis to company management
• Support to members of your team through information sharing and peer to peer learning
• Conducting 1 on 1 and performance review meetings with the team members
• Work closely with a business analyst on Software Requirements
