AB InBev Efes Ukraine, World’s largest brewer, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening for the People Manager position.

Key responsibilities: 

• People processes leading at the brewery;
• Strong partnership for brewery management team for people topics; 
• People Package budgeting and management;
• People Cycle Support (TSC, Competency appraisal, Organization People Review and Succession planning, Engagement survey);
• Implementation of People Policies and Procedures (Rewards, Compliance, Recruitment & Induction, Learning and Development, Talent Management);
• Staffing and Recruitment: timely vacancy fulfillment, collaboration and managing outsourcing provider;
• Working time management (schedules, overtimes etc);
• Industrial relations (unions and collective agreements, employee relations), discipline;
• Turnover management;
• Recognition programs support, visual communications coordination.

Main requirements: 

• Higher  education;
• Analytical skills;
• Presentation skills;
• Strong Leadership and ownership; 
• English language Intermediate.
