Centravis LLC, leading Ukrainian tubes and pipes producer is searching a Regional Sales Manager for AMEA Market.
Main task:
- Developing and implementing sales, marketing, financial strategies across a group of territories.
- Create regional sales plans in alignment with business objectives.
- Support and guide agents with day-to-day operation and yearly targets. Report on regional sales results.
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth, analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities in the region.
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
- Participate in decisions for expansion. Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
- Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to existing customer bases across the region. Effectively managing and driving the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and accounts for growth and retention.
- Representing the company at regional events and trade shows.
Results:
- Develop an agent network and project business in region
- Increase a part of project orders in AMEA portfolio on 50%.
- Develop a distribution network in region
Key criteria:
- Higher education (economics, metallurgical)
- Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar in B2B sales
- Excellent communication skills with strong degree of diplomacy and the ability to work with a range of different people
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Availability to travel as needed
- English level: Upper Intermediate or Advanced.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
